Access 24 Phone Banking System Instructions

Before using Access 24 Banking, make sure you have your account number(s) handy. Also, have your Personal Identification Number (PIN) available. The first time you call, your PIN will be the last four digits of your social security number. For a joint account, use the social security number of the first person named on the account. You will then be instructed to change your PIN to a new four-digit number that only you and any individual on that joint account should know.

Call Access 24 from any touch-tone phone, wait for the greeting, then follow the simple instructions given to you over the phone.
