The Bank values diverse perspectives and inclusion and believes it is vital to business success, and essential to achieving strategic objectives.

The Diversity & Inclusion Committee, which is part of the Bank’s employee-led Cultural Ambassador Committee, focuses on the understanding, sensitivity, and appreciation of the history, values, experiences, and lifestyles of all individuals. Its purpose is to help sustain and evolve the Bank’s culture, through ongoing communication, awareness, and engagement.

The LIFT Leadership Council (Leading Inspiring Females Together) is our newest committee (established in 2020) and is committed to inspiring and encouraging leadership, self-advocacy, and strength through mentorship, nurturing and developing empowering women leaders.
